“Law Revue… no V-U-E… Like the singing & dancing thing… Not the smart people thing.”
Note drafting and citechecking are making me bleary-eyed, so it’s time for a self-interested update.
I’m doing Law Revue this year! (See post title for clarification; must more of a spoken word problem, but still.)
The idea of a hoard of future lawyers performing choreographed musical numbers has the potential to be funny in both intentional and unintentional ways, and I’m okay with that. In fact, I’m pretty excited. (Also, we’re doing a few sketches I wrote! [which I’m saying inside parenthesis to show my humility and excitement, not to be mistaken with braggery {Not a word}])
So Lawblrs: Do your schools do Law Revue type things? I feel like they’re sort of ubiquitous, based on brief YouTube searches. If so, are you part of it? (Either I’m really curious, or really intent on distracting myself. Either way, answer me!)
That sounds AWESOME. You are so brave @_@
My school does do some kind of play, I don’t know what it is exactly, but I do look forward to seeing it!
